Privacy Policy
How the Binvasto website handles inquiries, technical information and service records.
Effective date: November 4, 2026.
1. Who this policy covers
Binvasto LLC operates binvasto.com. This policy describes information handled through our website and related customer inquiries and service administration. Client websites operate under their owners’ policies; work involving a client’s customer data is subject to the agreed project and appropriate separate arrangements. Contact us using the details below about this policy or a privacy request.
2. Information collected
- Information you provide: name, email address, company, website URL, service interest, optional budget, message and subsequent correspondence. If we agree on a project, we also receive the business, billing and project information needed to provide it.
- Technical information: our hosting and security providers process request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested pages, referring information and request times for delivery, security and operational records.
- Cookies and similar technologies: preferences, login or shopping/session features where used, and visit measurement described in our Cookie Policy.
Do not put passwords, complete payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. Paid checkout is not currently enabled on this website, and we do not collect card details through its inquiry form.
3. Why information is used
We use information to answer requests, prepare quotes, deliver and administer agreed services, communicate about projects and invoices, maintain business records, protect the website, investigate problems and meet legal obligations. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell information submitted through this website or disclose it to advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Providers and other disclosures
Information is processed by providers supporting these activities, including Pressable/Automattic for website hosting, infrastructure, backups and security, and Spaceship/Spacemail for business email. WordPress and the installed form and commerce tools support website operation. Anti-spam tools may process relevant submissions and technical data when their protection is used. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose.
Pressable includes Fathom Analytics, formerly Gauges, for visit measurement. Its script is loaded from secure.gaug.es. Pressable describes this as cookie-free measurement that derives a daily anonymous identifier from IP address and user-agent information and provides aggregate visit reporting; it states that the service respects Do Not Track. See Pressable’s visit-measurement explanation. This hosting measurement is separate from the website banner’s optional-cookie categories.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a lawful request, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse or transfer the business subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable notice obligations. A payment provider will be identified before any future website checkout is introduced. Links to other websites lead to services governed by their own policies.
5. Online tracking and browser choices
We have not configured an advertising pixel or remarketing campaign on this website. Ordinary site functions and hosting logs do not change solely in response to a browser Do Not Track signal; the hosting visit-measurement provider describes its own Do Not Track support above. We do not authorize advertising networks to collect personal information across websites through an advertising integration on this site. Our providers still process the technical data required for their stated hosting, security, email and measurement functions. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage and choice controls.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for inquiries, agreed services, accounting, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and why it is needed. Data no longer needed is deleted or de-identified through routine record management; hosting backups and provider logs may remain for their applicable retention periods. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Access, correction, deletion and other requests
Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask how it is used. Identify the information and request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority. We respond as required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes, which we explain where relevant. If a request is denied, you may contact the same address to ask for reconsideration. Rights and complaint options under applicable law remain available.
8. Location, children and changes
Binvasto is a U.S. business; our service providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate. Our business services are intended for adults, and this website is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We update this policy when practices change and show the updated effective date. For a material change, we provide a prominent website notice or other notice where required. We will not materially expand uses of previously collected information without any notice or consent required by law.
