Service Terms

Effective date: November 5, 2026.

1. About our services and your agreement

Binvasto LLC provides WordPress website building, AI-assisted visual styling, product setup and optional website care. You must be at least 18 and authorized to engage us for your business. Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not create a paid engagement. We confirm project suitability, scope, availability and an estimated schedule in writing before payment. A project starts after agreement, receipt of the 50% deposit, complete required materials and necessary authorized access. An expressly agreed project document controls specifically agreed differences, subject to mandatory legal rights.

2. Standard packages

• Starter Website — $399 USD: Up to 3 Pages; estimated initial draft 1–2 business days; $199.50 deposit and $199.50 remaining balance. 14 days of fixes for build-related issues after handover. See the package comparison for the included features and revision rounds.
• Business Website — $799 USD: Up to 5 Pages; estimated initial draft 2–3 business days; $399.50 deposit and $399.50 remaining balance. 30 days of fixes for build-related issues after handover. See the package comparison for the included features and revision rounds.
• Website + Product Setup — $1,299 USD: Up to 5 Pages + 20 Products; estimated initial draft 3–5 business days; $649.50 deposit and $649.50 remaining balance. 30 days of fixes for build-related issues after handover. See the package comparison for the included features and revision rounds.

3. Project Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due after the initial website has been completed and made available for final review, and before final handover or public launch. The full project price, deposit and remaining balance are disclosed before payment in your project quote and at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated initial draft delivery times are 1–2 business days for Starter Website, 2–3 business days for Business Website, and 3–5 business days for Website + Product Setup. These are initial draft estimates, not guaranteed final launch dates.

The timeline begins after the deposit, all required project materials, and necessary authorized account access have been received. Final completion may take longer depending on client feedback, revisions, third-party approvals, or integration requirements.

Revisions

Included revisions cover reasonable changes to the agreed website layout, colors, styling, and supplied content. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes. New pages, major redesigns, additional functionality, and requests outside the original scope may require an additional quote approved by you before chargeable work is done. Included revision counts do not limit correction of work that fails to match the agreed scope.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate text, logos, images, product information, and any required domain, hosting, or third-party account access. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use the materials provided. Use secure account invitations or delegation where available; do not send passwords or payment-card information through our inquiry form.

Third-Party Services

Domain names, hosting, premium themes, paid plugins, payment processing fees, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated in the project agreement. Additional paid third-party purchases require your prior approval.

Payment Gateway Integration

Payment gateway setup is included in Website + Product Setup only and requires one client-approved, compatible payment account and necessary secure access. Merchant account approval and third-party underwriting are not included or guaranteed. Clients authorize payment-provider accounts themselves. Basic shipping and tax settings follow your instructions; tax advice and custom shipping integrations are not included.

Refunds & Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation by contacting us. Before project work begins, payments will be refunded except for any previously disclosed, authorized, nonrecoverable third-party charges. Once work begins, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and authorized nonrecoverable expenses. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned. Post-Launch Support

Included support covers defects directly caused by the original website build for 14 days after handover for Starter Website and 30 days for Business Website and Website + Product Setup. New features, ongoing website management, content updates, third-party service issues, and maintenance are not included. Optional maintenance is available separately. These correction periods do not limit rights under applicable law.

Ownership & Handover

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed final website deliverables and applicable administrator access. Third-party software, themes, plugins, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective license terms. You retain ownership of the materials you supply.

4. Review and ownership details

We provide a preview and request your written approval before final handover or a public launch we perform for you; silence is not automatic acceptance. The balance is due after the initial website is completed and made available for final review, and before handover or public launch. On full payment, original work created specifically for your project is transferred to you to the extent we own it. Reusable tools and pre-existing materials remain with their owners, with the use rights needed to operate the delivered site. Open-source and third-party components retain their own licenses. Portfolio use of non-public project material requires your permission.

5. Optional website care

Website Care is $49 USD for one website for one 30-day period, including one routine update check, a pre-update backup where supported by the host, key-page checks and up to 30 minutes of small text or image edits. Website Care Plus is $99 USD per 30-day period and includes the same routine care with up to 60 minutes total of small content and product changes, including adding or editing up to 10 simple products within that time allowance. Product changes use your supplied information. The Plus allowance replaces, rather than adds to, the 30-minute allowance.

Care is optional and renewed manually. There are no automatic recurring charges. The start and end dates are confirmed in writing. Unused editing time expires at the end of the service period and does not roll over; cancellation refunds are handled under our Refunds & Cancellations policy. New pages, major redesigns, paid licenses, hosting, malware recovery and 24-hour emergency support are not included. Extra work requires an approved quote.

6. Service issues and legal rights

We do not guarantee sales, traffic, search rankings, payment-account approval or continuous availability of third-party services. Basic security settings and basic SEO are setup services, not a guarantee against security incidents or a search-ranking promise. AI-assisted design is reviewed and customized for the agreed project. A standard build is not an accessibility certification, security audit or legal-compliance review. These statements do not excuse failure to deliver the agreed services or exclude rights that cannot be waived.

If an invoice is overdue, we may pause additional work after notifying you and adjust the schedule. We will not delete your existing site or withhold materials you already own as a penalty. Tennessee law governs to the extent permitted, without excluding mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Please contact us first about a dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to courts. Material changes to an existing project require agreement; updated website terms apply prospectively.
