Refunds & Cancellations
How cancellation, completed work and unused service fees are handled.
Effective date: November 4, 2026.
1. How to cancel or report a problem
Email rodolfoalvarez@binvasto.com with your name, project or invoice reference and the request. We use the time we receive your written cancellation to determine which work and costs arose before cancellation. You may withdraw an inquiry or decline a quote without charge. This policy applies to our standard website and care services, subject to any expressly agreed project-specific differences and rights that cannot be excluded by law.
2. Before work begins
If you cancel a paid project before work begins, we return the service fees paid. We may deduct only nonrecoverable third-party costs that you specifically approved in advance, that were already incurred for your project and for which we provide documentation. An initial payment is not automatically forfeited just because it is called a deposit.
3. After work begins
If you cancel after work starts, we stop further chargeable work as reasonably practicable. We provide an itemized account of completed work and previously approved nonrecoverable third-party costs. Completed work is valued using the allocation or milestones agreed in your quote. If no allocation was agreed, we explain a reasonable allocation based on the work actually completed, discuss it with you and do not impose a newly invented cancellation penalty or retroactive hourly rate.
Any payment exceeding the amount properly due is refunded. The service amount charged for completed work will not exceed the agreed project service price. You are not charged for work not performed. We provide completed materials covered by amounts paid, subject to third-party licenses and applicable law.
4. Website care
You may decline renewal of a care period at no charge. If you cancel a paid care period before it starts and before any included work is performed, its service fee is refundable. If you cancel during a period, we provide an itemized account and refund the unused portion of the fee. Completed routine maintenance and requested editing work may be allocated against the fee on a reasonable, explained basis; we do not automatically treat the whole fee as earned on day one. The amount retained cannot exceed that period’s agreed fee.
5. If we cannot deliver or the work has a problem
If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed work, we refund fees for services not delivered and discuss the treatment of any usable work already delivered. If the work does not match the agreed scope, contact us with details. We will investigate and offer an appropriate correction, price adjustment or refund based on the circumstances and applicable law. The included 14-day or 30-day build correction period is an additional service commitment, not a limit on mandatory legal rights.
6. Refund method and timing
After confirming the amount due for refund, we initiate it within 10 business days, normally to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to post it. We explain any processing delay and do not require you to waive lawful rights to obtain a refund. No standard cancellation penalty or refund-processing fee is imposed by Binvasto under this policy.
7. Rights and contact
Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us if you need help applying this policy to a particular project.
